Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour le contrôle automatique des pièces au moyen d'une technique de comparaison holographique. Les pièces à contrôler traversent de façon continue le rayon lumineux dirigé sur l'image holographique. Sur le filtre holographique se trouvent les spectres spatialement séparés mais se chevauchant partiellement d'une pièce-étalon sous différentes orientations. En faisant passer la pièce à contrôler à travers le rayon lumineux, celui-ci est diffracté de telle façon que tous les spectres sont recouverts. La tache de corrélation est mesurée à travers un diaphragme à fente Contrôle dimensionnel des pièces métrologie.
