Abstract

The process produces sets of individual sheets or continuous strips receiving from a printing machine date to be reproduced selectively on the different ones. To prevent information being transferred to a particular sheet, a label (7) of neutral paper is glued over the corresponding area of the transfer paper (2). To cause information transfer to take place, a label of transfer paper is glued on the appropriate area of the neutral face of a sheet. The sheets can have labels glued to their neutral faces, the visible face of the label being also neutral, while the other one is coated with transfer material.
