Abstract

The cine film (3) is fed from a supply reel and has a magnetic track along the edge, on which the sound track is initially recorded by means of an audio camera apparatus. The film (3) is fed past three magnetic heads comprising respectively a read head (4), an erase head (5) and a recording head (6) which allow the original sound track to be rerecorded in full synchronism with the film frames. Preferably an automatic level regulator, or a manual level regulator using a potentiometer, is inserted in front of the recording head (6), and preferably six heads comprising three pairs (4, 11; 5, 12; 6, 13) are used.
