Abstract
Mixture comprises the sand (charge) e.g. quartz sand, soluble glass as a binder, a di-Ca silicate assuring the solidification of the mixt., a foaming agent such as an anionic or nonionic surfactant, water and most important a mixt. of ammoniacal water obtd. from furan resin prodn. and contg. 10 to 15% active grps. such as furyl alcohol, furfural, HCHO etc. The moulded products have high resistance in solid state, the speed of solidification is very rapid and an easy removal of complex moulded products from the moulding boxes is achieved.
