Prefd. gps. R are -A.B where B is dimethylamino, diethylamino, pyrrolidino, piperidino, hexamethyleneimino, morpholino, piperazino, N-methylpiperazino; A is -CH2-CH2- or -CH2.CH2-CH2-). Cpds. have vasomotor activity, active in animals at parenteral doses of 10 mg/kg.
