Abstract

Invention refers to a head guard for a child car seat, designed to be attached on a preferably rear-facing child seat in the region of the upper part of its back support (2). The head guard (5) includes an upper part (6) covering the head of a child sitting in the child car seat as well as two side parts (7, 8) hanging down from the upper part (6) on each side of the head of the child placed in the child car seat. The head guard (5) is made of a shock-absorbing material.<IMAGE>
