Abstract

Three-way valve 1 comprising two coaxial through-flow openings 12, 13 and a valve cone 5 interacting therewith for arbitrary distribution of the flow through the said openings. The valve cone comprises two reciprocally locking cone parts 6, 7 axially displaceable relative to one another. The cone parts are displaced between various locking positions, in that the valve cone is pressed by its valve spindle against a stop surface (the valve seat 14 and 15) in at least one of the through-flow openings 12 and 13. An adjustment of the relative axial position of the cone parts 6, 7 adjusts the total through-flow capacity of the three-way valve. The three-way valve can thereby produce a variable restriction of the total flow. <IMAGE>
