Abstract

The invention relates to the boom system of a machine, comprising a stand 2 which is fixed rotatably to the machine, a supporting column 3 which is hinge-connected to the stand, a boom 4 which is hinge-connected to the one end of the supporting column and to the end of which the machine is fixed, a tilting cylinder 5 hinge- connected to the stand by the one end and to the supporting column by the other end, and a lifting cylinder 6 for displacing the boom 4 in the vertical direction. In order to lighten the boom system and make its use more efficient, the boom system according to the invention is characterized in that the lifting cylinder 6 of the boom is hinge-connected by its upper end to the boom 4 and hinge-connected by its lower end to the said stand 3, which has been fixed to the machine so that it can be tilted in the same plane as the longitudinal axis of the machine. <IMAGE>
