Abstract

1. Circuit arrangement for a digital level control having a control amplifier (RV), of adjustable amplification, which is actuating signals at predetermined intervals from a controller (ADD, T, SS, TV) in order to vary its output level in steps, and having a level discriminator (SUB), which, when the level transmitted as controlled variable by the control amplifier deviates from a set level, transmits to the controller as manipulated variable a signal indicating the direction of the control deviation, characterized in that the level discriminator (SUB) additionally determines the amount of the control deviation, and in that the controller (ADD, T, SS, TV) specifies, as a function of this amount of the control deviation, the intervals at which actuating signals are to be transmitted to the control amplifier.
