Abstract

Plasmaugnen är en elektrisk bågeugn för smältning och separering av olika metaller. Plasmaugnen omfattar en stomme som utgörs av ett inklätt metallhölje (24) och som innehåller en panna (4), en med ett elektrodfäste försedd övre katod (1) som möjliggör en förflyttning i horisontalriktningen, samt en anod (2) av koppar, vilken är ansluten till en elektrisk källa och består av en eller flera nedliggande elektroder, samt en strömkälla (20) för att skapa en elektrisk båge som åstadkoms med likström och har vissa parametrar, samt pannans (4) eldfast inklädnad.
