Abstract
Esillä oleva keksintö koskee veden, prosessiveden, jäteveden, viemäriveden tai lietteen käsittelyn alaa, ja tarkemmin suolaveden käsittelyyn tarkoitettua menetelmää ja laitetta. Esillä olevan keksinnön mukainen, suolaveden käsittelyyn tarkoitettu laite käsittää kalvomoduulin (12), (20), (40), (50), mainittu kalvomoduuli (12), (20), (40), (50) käsittää: runkorakenteen (21), (22), (23), oton tulovettä (11), (104) varten, ainakin yhden kalvon (24), (26) tuloveden (11), (104) suodattamista varten ja poiston puhdistettua vettä (13), (235) varten, jossa mainitun laitteen mainittu kalvomoduuli (12), (20), (40), (50) käsittää ainakin yhden lavan (25), (27) tai levyn, joka on järjestetty mainitun ainakin yhden kalvon (24), (26) pinnan lähelle, jolloin mainittu laite käsittää lisäksi moottorin (15), joka on järjestetty pyörittämään yhtä mainitusta ainakin yhdestä lavasta (25), (27) tai levyä tai mainittua ainakin yhtä kalvoa (24), (26), ja jolloin mainittu kalvorakenne (21), (22) käsittää poiston kiteytyneitä hiukkasia (17) sisältävän väkevöidyn virtauksen (14) ottamiseksi talteen (36) mainitun runkorakenteen (21), (22) ulkokehältä.
Claims (17)
1. Menetelmä suolaveden käsittelemiseksi, mainittu menetelmä käsittää vaiheet, joissa: - johdetaan (32) tulovesi (11), (104) suolavedenkäsittelylaitteen kalvo- moduulin (12), (20), (40), (50) runkorakenteeseen (21), (22), (23) tulovesioton (11), (104) kautta, - suodatetaan (33) tulovesi (11), (104) mainitun kalvomoduulin (12), (20), (40), (50) läpi, - poistetaan (35) puhdistettu vesi mainitun kalvomoduulin (12), (20), — (40), (50) runkorakenteesta (21), (22), (23) puhdistetun veden poiston (13), (235) kautta, mainittu menetelmä on tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää vaiheet, joissa: - pyöritetään (34) yhtä mainitun kalvomoduulin (12), (20), (40), (50) ai- — nakin yhdestä kalvosta (24), (26) tai ainakin yhtä lapaa (25), (27) tai levyä, joka on järjestetty mainitun ainakin yhden kalvon (24), (26) pinnan lähelle, ja - otetaan talteen (36) kiteytyneitä hiukkasia (17) sisältävä väkevöity vir- taus (14) mainitun runkorakenteen (21), (22) ulkokehältä.

Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että — mainitun ainakin yhden lavan (25), (27) tai levyn pyörittämisen (34) vaihe on sijoitettu suhteessa mainittuun ainakin yhteen kalvoon (24), (26) siten, että saa- daan aikaan pyörteisiä voimia kiteytyneiden hiukkasten nostamiseksi mainitun ainakin yhden kalvon (24), (26) pinnalta ja saadaan aikaan keskipakovoimia mainittujen kiteytyneiden hiukkasten irrottamiseksi mainitun ainakin yhden kal- von (24), (26) pinnalta mainitun runkorakenteen (21), (22) ulkokehälle. =

Minkä tahansa patenttivaatimuksen 1-5 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että menetelmä käsittää lisäksi vaiheen, jossa: - puhdistetaan (31) syöttövesi (102) ensimmäisen vaiheen vedenpuh- distusprosessissa (101) ja järjestetään jäteveden (104) poisto mainitusta ensim- mäisen vaiheen vedenpuhdistusprosessista (101) ottotulovetenä (11), (104) mainittua johtamisen (32) vaihetta varten.
