Abstract

Esillä olevan keksinnön esimerkinomaisen näkökohdan mukaisesti on aikaansaatu menetelmä kerroksittaisen puuviilutuotteen valmistamiseksi, jossa menetelmässä: pinotaan puuviiluja toistensa päälle ja levitetään sideainetta puuviilujen väliin; ja puristetaan pinotut puuviilut yhteen, jolloin puuviilut liimataan toisiinsa kerroksittaisen puuviilutuotteen muodostamiseksi, ja jolloin sideaine käsittää polykaprolaktonia tai kaprolaktonimonomeerejä käsittävää kopolymeeriä.According to an exemplary aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of making a layered wood veneer product, the method comprising: stacking wood veneers on top of each other and applying a binder between the wood veneers; and compressing the stacked wood veneers together, wherein the wood veneers are glued together to form a layered wood veneer product, and wherein the binder comprises a copolymer comprising polycaprolactone or caprolactone monomers.
