Abstract
Käänteisosmoosilaitteen rejektiventtiili, joka soveltuu erityisesti murtoveden käänteisosmoosilaitteisiin jotka edellyttävät pientä, alle 15bar järjestelmäpainetta. Venttiili pitää systeemipaineen olennaisen vakiona etukäteen määritetyllä rejektivolyymin alueella. Tulovirtauskanavan (13) suuruutta säätää jousitoiminen kartio (4) joka ei koskaan kokonaan sulje kanavaa (13), joka muodostaa vakiokuristuksen siihen asti kunnes tulovirtauksen paine on noussut noin kolmeen neljäsosaan jousen (6) avulla järjestetystä rejektivirtauksen maksimivolyymilla vallitsevasta paineesta. Tämä toiminta on järjestetty rakenteellisesti siten, että kartion (4) varteen (7) on kiinteästi tuettu poikittainen, rungon (1) sisäseinämää sivuava levy (5), joka puristusjousen (6) painamana tukeutuu rungon (1) päätyyn liitetyn elementin (13) päätyyn jolloin kartio on alimassa asemassaan. Levyssä (5) on virtauksen salliva kanava (2). Virtauksen paine kohdistuu kaikissa tilanteissa lähes koko kartioneulan (4,5,7) pintaan ja kartio (4) liikkuessaan säätää virtauskanavaa dynaamisesti siten, että paine käänteisosmoosimoduulissa pysyy olennaisen vakiona.
