Abstract

Keksintö koskee laitteistoa ja menetelmää fibrilloidun lignoselluloosamateriaalin valmistamiseksi puusta. Laitteisto käsittää pyöritettävän jauhinpyörän, jolla on pyörimisakseli, sekä pyörimisakselin ympärille järjestetyn jauhinpinnan, joka kykenee erottamaan fibrilloitua materiaalia puusta jauhavalla vaikutuksella, sekä syöttöelimet puumateriaalin syöttämiseksi jauhinpintaa vasten jauhinpyörän pyöriessä. Keksinnön mukaan jauhinpyörän jauhinpinnalla on suhteessa pyörimisakseliin sahalaitanen proflili, jolloin sahalaitaisuus käsittää pintakuviot, jotka on järjestetty vinoon kulmaan pyörimisakselin suhteen. Keksinnöllä saadaan aikaan tehokas, teollisen mittakaavan laitteisto ja menetelmä sellaisen fibrilloidun lignoselluloosamateriaalin valmistamiseksi, joka sisältää suuren määrän pieniä partikkeleita.
