Abstract

Keksintö koskee menetelmää kovetusaineen valmistamiseksi, jossa menetelmä käsittää seuraavat vaiheet: a) sekoitetaan polyamiiniyhdiste alkalisen liuoksen kanssa, johon liuokseen on liuotettu ligniiniä, jonka keskimääräinen molekyylipaino on 3000 - 15000 g/mol; b) lasketaan vaiheessa a) muodostetun liuoksen pH-arvoa vähintään 0,5 pH-yksikköä, sillä ehdolla, että pH lasketaan vähintään arvoon 12, ja sekoitetaan liuos karbonyyliyhdisteen kanssa; ja c) lämmitetään vaiheessa b) muodostettua liuosta aminoidun ligniinin muodostamiseksi. Keksintö koskee edelleen kovetusainetta ja sen käyttöjä.
