Abstract
Keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä lujuuden ja retention parantamiseksi paperin valmistuksessa. Keksinnön mukaisesti järjestetään anionista mikrofibrilloitua selluloosaa sisältävää koostumusta kuitususpensioon ja lisätään 0,1 – 10 p-% mikrofibrilloitua selluloosaa kuitususpension massasta ja korvataan ainakin osa retentiokemikaaleista ja/tai lujuuskemikaaleista anionista mikrofibrilloitua selluloosaa sisältävällä koostumuksella ja korvataan mikropartikkelikomponentti anionista mikrofibrilloitua selluloosaa sisältävällä koostumuksella muodostettavan tuotteen lujuuden ja retention parantamiseksi. Lisäksi keksinnön kohteena on vastaava paperituote. The invention relates to a method for improving strength and retention in papermaking. According to the invention, a composition containing anionic microfibrillated cellulose is provided in a fiber suspension and 0.1 to 10 wt% of microfibrillated cellulose is added to the mass of the fiber suspension and at least part of the retention chemicals and/or strength chemicals are replaced with a composition containing anionic microfibrillated cellulose and the microparticle component is replaced with a composition containing anionic microfibrillated cellulose to improve the strength and retention of the product formed. The invention also relates to a corresponding paper product.
