Esillä oleva keksintö koskee menetelmää proteiinien ilmentymistasojen parantamiseksi, jossa ilmennetään hydrofobiinifuusioproteiineja, jolloin indusoidaan proteiinikappaleiden muodostus, ja jossa mainitut hydrofobiinifuusiot ilmennetään yhdessä kohdeproteiinin tai kohdeproteiinin lisäfuusion kanssa.
