Abstract

Keksinnön kohteena on induktiivisen komponentin nestejäähdytysjärjestely ja menetelmä induktiivisen komponentin valmistamiseksi. Induktiivisessa komponentissa on ainakin erillisistä rakenneosista (7, 7a, 7b) koottu sydän (1) sekä sydämeen (1) integroidut nestejäähdytyskanavat (8a) neste jäähdytystä varten ja sydämen (1) ympärillä oleva käämirakenne (3). Sydän (1) on koottu rakenneosista (7, 7a, 7b) muodostetuista alikokoonpanoista, jotka koostuvat erikseen esimerkiksi pystytolpista (35), ylävaakapalkista (36) ja alavaakapalkista (37), ja ainakin osaan alikokoonpanoista on sijoitettu ennen sydämen (1) valmiiksi kokoamista jaahdytysnestekanavia (8a) tai -putkia (10).
