Abstract
Kyseessä on keksintö, joka koskee ääntä vaimentavaa pinnoiteseosta sekä myös menetelmänä sen asentamista. Keksinnön uutuutta on pinnoiteseoksessa käytettävä uusi aineyhdistelmä ja sekoitusmenetelmä. Muovikuitupohjaisen ruiskutettavan pinnoiteseoksen, akustointimassan aineyhdistelmän ydin on esipaisutettu muovihelmi (ESP), jonka raekoko vaihtelee O,OO1 mm-1,O mm välillä. Muovihelmet ovat akustoiva osa massassa, jossa muita aineita ovat vesi, kaoliini, vaahdotusaine, palosuoja-aine, optinen kirkaste ja boorihappo. Uudessa menetelmässä massa ruiskutetaan verkkolevyn tai verkon päälle, jossa on vähintään 30 % reikärakennetta. Uutuusmenetelmä on reikä levyn tai reikäverkon ja muovipohjaisen akustiikkapinnoitteen yhdistäminen.This is an invention that concerns a sound-absorbing coating mixture and also a method for installing it. The novelty of the invention is the new material combination and mixing method used in the coating mixture. The core of the material combination of the plastic fiber-based sprayable coating mixture, the acoustic mass, is a pre-expanded plastic bead (ESP), the grain size of which varies between O.OO1 mm and 1.0 mm. The plastic beads are the acoustic part of the mass, where other substances are water, kaolin, a foaming agent, a fire retardant, an optical brightener and boric acid. In the new method, the mass is sprayed onto a mesh plate or mesh with at least 30% of the hole structure. The novelty method is the combination of a hole plate or hole mesh and a plastic-based acoustic coating.
