Abstract
Menetelmä palaturpeen keräämiseksi, valmistamiseksi ja kuivaamiseksi, jossa menetelmässä turvemassa kerätään suolta turvevaunuun, massa muokataan turvevaunuun liitetyn laitteiston (31) avulla palaturpeeksi ja palaturpeet kuivataan ilmakuivauksena. Turve nostetaan suosta kauhalla varustetulla koneella, kuten kaivinkoneella ja kuormataan turvevaunussa olevaan seulalaitteistoon (8, 11), seulalaitteiston (8) läpäistyään, turvemassa siirretään turvevaunun säiliöön (9), säiliön (9) täytyttyä, turvevaunu siirretään suolta pois esim. ajoreitin varrella sijaitsevaan kuivausasemaan, kuivausasemassa turvevaunun säiliöstä (9) otetaan massaa ja massa puristetaan palaturvetta muodostavan laitteen (31) kautta ulos kuivausasemaan ja kuivausasemassa palaturpeet pinotaan ilmavaan kekoon, kuten ristikkäin sijaitseviin päällekkäisiin kerroksiin.
