Abstract

Itseisesti johtavan polymeerin, kuten polyaniliinin tai poly(tiofeenin) liuos polaarisessa liuottimessa, menetelmä sen valmistamiseksi sekä liuoksen käyttö. Keksinnön mukaan polymeeri doupataan sulfonoidulla polymeerillä, joka sisältää aromaattisia toistuvia yksiköitä, jotka muodostavat jäykän tai puolijäykän rungon. Sulfonoitu polymeeri kykenee muodostamaan doupatun, johtava kompleksin konjugoidun polymeeriketjun omaavan polymeerin kanssa ja se sisältää riittävän määrän vapaita sulfonihapporyhmiä kompleksin pitämiseksi liuoksessa. Uusia liuoksia voidaan käyttää johtavien kalvojen valmistukseen, erilaisten alustojen pinnoittamiseen sekä sähköisesti johtavan musteen muodostamiseksi painetun elektroniikan sovelluksia varten.A solution of an intrinsically conductive polymer, such as polyaniline or poly(thiophene), in a polar solvent, a method for its preparation and use of the solution. According to the invention, the polymer is doped with a sulfonated polymer containing aromatic repeating units forming a rigid or semi-rigid backbone. The sulfonated polymer is capable of forming a doped, conductive complex with a polymer having a conjugated polymer chain and contains a sufficient number of free sulfonic acid groups to maintain the complex in solution. The new solutions can be used for the preparation of conductive films, for the coating of various substrates and for the formation of electrically conductive ink for printed electronics applications.
