Abstract

Keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä paperirainan päänviennissä. Menetelmässä rainan (W) muokkauksen alkuvaiheessa rainan (W) leveyssuunnassa päänvientinauhan alueelle (T) kohdistetaan alipaineen muutos rainan (W) kuituorientaation muuttamiseksi siten, että päänvientinauhan alue (T) rainasta (W) orientoituu ympäristöään korkeampaan vetosuhteeseen. Keksinnön kohteena on lisäksi laite paperirainan päänviennissä. Laite (10) on rainanmuodostusvaiheen alkuun sijoitettu tela tai vastaava kaarevapintainen alipainekomponentti, joka käsittää ainakin yhden rainan (W) leveyssuunnassa muutetun alipaineen päänvientinauhan alueelle (T) muodostavan kammion päänvientitarpeen ilmetessä.
