Abstract

Keksintö koskee menetelmää ja laitteistoa leijupetiuunin arinalta poistettavan materiaalin jäähdyttämiseksi. Menetelmässä korkeassa lämpötilassa olevaa materiaalia johdetaan leijupetiuunin arinalta erilliseen leijupetijäähdyttimeen tietyn suuruisina panoksina. Panos jäähdytetään leijupetijäähdyttimessä osittain leijutusilmalla ja osittain lämmönsiirrolla jäähdytysnestekiertoon ja mitataan panoksen lämpötilaa. Panos poistetaan leijupetijäähdyttimestä, kun lämpötilamittauksen perusteella panoksen lämpötila on laskenut ennalta määrättyyn lämpötilan raja-arvoon. Tätä toistetaan. Tulokanavan (3) toisessa päässä (5) on voimaelimellä (16) käytettävä tuloventtiili (15). Poistokanavassa&sr;(14) on toisella voimaelimellä (18) käytettävä poistoventtiili (17). Leijupetitilassa (11) olevan materiaalin määrätiedon muodostamiseksi on määräntunnistusvälineet (19, 20) ja lämpötilatiedon muodostamiseksi on lämpötilamittausvälineet (21). Ohjauslaite (22) ohjaa ensimmäistä voimaelintä (16) tuloventtiilin&sr;(15) avaamiseksi ja sulkemiseksi ja toista voimaelintä (18) poistoventtiilin&sr;(17) avaamiseksi ja sulkemiseksi määrätiedon ja lämpötilatiedon sekä ennalta määrättyjen määrän ja lämpötilan raja-arvojen perusteella niin, että materiaalin lataaminen leijupetitilaan, jäähdyttäminen, ja poistaminen leijupetitilasta tapahtuu panoksittaisesti ja jaksottaisesti, (kuva)
