Abstract

Keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä vallitsevan paksuussuuntaisen kuituorientaation omaavan mineraalivillamaton valmistamiseksi vallitsevan laakasuuntaisen kuituorientaation omaavasta puristetusta ja kovetetusta mineraalivillarainasta. Mineraalivillarainasta leikataan määrälevyisiä lamelleja (1),jotka käännetään yhtenäisenä, useamman lamellin muodostamana eränä kerrallaan 90° pituusakselinsa ympäri ja yhdistetään tässä käännetyssä asennossaan kyljittäin lamellimatoksi. Myös laite menetelmän toteuttamiseksi on kuvattu. (Kuva 1)
