Abstract

Esillä olevan keksinnön kohteena on menetelmä ja laitteisto massan pesemiseksi. Tarkemmin sanoen keksinnön mukainen menetelmä ja laitteisto kohdistuu pesutesteriin, joka mahdollistaa pesun suorittamisen ja tutkimisen sekä tehdas että laboratorioympäristössä niin kemiallisella kuin mekaanisellakin massalla. Keksinnön mukainen pesutesteri on kehitetty ensisijaisesti syrjäytyspesun tutkimiseen, mutta sillä pystytään toteuttamaan myös puristinpesu, joka tunnetaan myös toiselta nimeltä laimennussakeutuspesu. Keksinnön mukaiselle menetelmälle ja laitteistolle on mm. myös ominaista, että niitä käyttäen on mahdollista tutkia myös ns. fraktioivaa pesua. (Fig. 1)The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for washing pulp. More specifically, the method and apparatus according to the invention relate to a washing tester that enables washing to be performed and studied in both a factory and a laboratory environment with both chemical and mechanical pulp. The washing tester according to the invention has been developed primarily for studying displacement washing, but it can also be used to carry out press washing, which is also known as dilution washing. The method and apparatus according to the invention are also characterized by the fact that they can also be used to study so-called fractionating washing. (Fig. 1)
