Claims (10)
1. Användning av ett sockerpreparat vid ett 5 förfarande som är avsett för framställning av en produkt baserad pä mineralull, omfattande: i) framställning av ett vattenhaltigt preparat innehällande fenolformaldehydharts där molförhällandet mellan fenolen och formaldehyden är 10 1 : 2,8 - 1 : 6, ammoniak och ett sockerpreparat; ii) utbredning av preparatet pä mineralullen; och iii) härdning av mineralullen för att fä en produkt för att minska ammoniakutsläpp.
2. Användning enligt patentkrav 1, omfattande: i) framställning av ett vattenhaltigt preparat innehällande fenolformaldehydharts och ammoniak; ii) blandning av hartspreparatet ihop med ett sockerpreparat; 20 iii) utbredning av blandningen av hartspreparatet och sockerpreparatet pä mineralullen; och iv) härdning av mineralullen för att fä en produkt.
3. Användning enligt patentkrav 1, omfattande: 25 i) framställning av ett vattenhaltigt preparat innehällande fenolformaldehydharts och ett sockerpreparat; ii) blandning av hartspreparatet ihop med ett vattenhaltigt preparat innehällande ammoniak; 30 iii) utbredning av blandningen av hartspreparatet och sockerpreparatet pä mineralullen; och iv) härdning av mineralullen för att fä en produkt.
4. Användning enligt patentkrav 1, omfattande: i) framställning av ett preparat innehällande fenolformaldehydharts; ii) blandning av hartspreparatet ihop med ett 5 vattenhaltigt preparat innehällande ett sockerpreparat och ammoniak; iii) utbredning av blandningen av hartspreparatet och sockerpreparatet pä mineralullen; och iv) härdning av mineralullen för att fä en produkt. 10
5. Användning enligt patentkraven 1-4 där hartspreparatet innehäller ammoniak i sadan mängd att pH-värdet är större än 7.
6. Användning enligt patentkraven 1-5 där hartspreparatets pH-värde är 8-11, lämpligen 8-10, företrädesvis 8,5-9,5.
7. Användning enligt patentkraven 1-6 där 20 sockerpreparatet innehäller monosakkarider, disakkarider, oligosakkarider och/eller polysakkarider.
8. Användning enligt patentkrav 7 där 25 sockerpreparatet innehäller glukos, fruktos, sakkaros, maltos, sirap, melass och dekstrin.
9. Användning enligt patentkraven 1-8 där sockerpreparatet tillsätts i form av en 1-80 %, 30 lämpligen 15-80 %, lösning i vatten baserat pä vikt.
10. Användning enligt patentkraven 1-8 där man tillsätter en stoikiometrisk mängd eller ett överskott av sockerpreparatet i förhällande tili ammoniaken.
