Claims (13)
1. Förfarande för framställning av som bindemedel fungerande kompositpartiklar, vilka kompositpartiklar innehåller ett kalkstensparti på basis av kalkstenspartiklar eller kalkstens-silikatstens-partiklar, kännetecknat av att - kalkstenspartiet blandas med ett kaolinparti, som innehåller kaolinpartiklar - kalkstenspartiet eller kaolinpartiet utsätts för kalcinering innan de ihopblandas eller så utsätts blandningen av dessa partier för kalcinering, varvid det aktiverade skikt som bildats vid kalcineringen åstadkommer på ytan av åtminstone ett nämnt partis partiklar, att partiernas partiklar fästs vid varandra till kompositpartiklar, och - åtminstone kalkstenspartiklama eller kalkstens-silikatstens-partiklama kalcineras under förhållanden, där de reagerar till kalciumoxid åtminstone på sina ytor, företrädesvis till 10 - 100 %, lämpligen till 10 - 85 %, lämpligast till 10 - 50 %, och - en släcknigsreaktion av kalciumoxid utförs med hjälp av vattendimma, varvid kalciumhydroxid bildas på ytan av kalkstenspartiklama eller kalkstens-silikatstens-partiklama.
2. Förfarande i enlighet med patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att kaolinpartiklarna bildas från råmaterial, som innehåller kaolinit, illit, vermikulit, smektit eller klorit eller två eller flera av de nämnda mineralema, företrädesvis åtminstone kaolinit, lämpligast > 50 % kaolinit.
3. Förfarande i enlighet med patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att åtminstone kaolinpartiklarna kalcineras under förhållanden, där de aktiveras till metakaolin åtminstone på sina ytor, företrädesvis till > 40 %, lämpligen till 40 - 60 % och lämpligast till ca 50 %.
4. Förfarande i enlighet med patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknat av att släcknigs-reaktionen av kalciumoxid utförs så att åtminstone på kalkstenspartiklarnas eller kalkstens-silikatstens-partiklarnas yta bildas kalciumhydroxidpartiklar med en genomsnittlig diameter uppgående till <100 nm.
5. Förfarande i enlighet med något av de föregående patentkraven, kännetecknat av att kalcineringen utförs vid en temperatur av > 500 °C, företrädesvis av 600 -800 °C, lämpligast av ca 700 °C.
6. Kompositpartiklar, vilka är avsedda att användas som bindemedel av betong och vilka innehåller ett kalkstensparti på basis av kalkstenspartiklar eller kalkstens-silikatstens-partiklar, kännetecknade av att - kalkstenspartiet är bundet till ett kaolinparti, som innehåller kaolinpartiklar, varvid åtminstone ett parti av kompositpartiklarna är åtminstone delvis i en kalcinerad form, - kalkstenspartiklama eller kalkstens-silikatstens-partiklama förekommer i en form, i vilken de reagerat till kalciumoxid åtminstone på sina ytor, företrädesvis till 10 - 100 %, lämpligen till 10 - 85 %, lämpligast till 10 - 50 %, och - kalkstenspartiklarnas eller kalkstens-silikatstens-partiklamas kalciumoxid är i en släckt form, d.v.s. i en form av kalciumhydroxid, vilken kalciumhydroxid företrädesvis förekommer i form av partiklar med en genomsnittlig diameter uppgående till <100 nm.
7. Kompositpartiklar i enlighet med patentkrav 6, kännetecknade av att de är framställda medelst ett förfarande i enlighet med något av patentkraven 1-5.
8. Kompositpartiklar i enlighet med patentkrav 6 eller 7, kännetecknade av att de till sin storlek är mindre än 2 mm.
9. Kompositpartiklar i enlighet med något av patentkraven 6-8, kännetecknade av att kaolinpartiklama är valda bland råmaterial, som innehåller kaolinit, illit, vermikulit, smektit eller klorit eller två eller flera av de nämnda mineralerna, företrädesvis åtminstone kaolinit, lämpligast > 50 % kaolinit.
10. Kompositpartiklar i enlighet med något av patentkraven 6-9, kännetecknade av att kaolinpartiklama förekommer i en form, i vilken de aktiveras till metakaolin åtminstone på sina ytor, företrädesvis till > 40 %, lämpligen till 40 - 60 % och lämpligast till ca 50 %.
11. Kompositpartiklar i enlighet med något av patentkraven 6 - 10, kännetecknade av att de är valda bland de följande: kalkstenspartiklar eller kalkstens-silikatstens-partiklar, vilkas yta uppvisar kalciumoxidskikt, vilka är bundna till metakaolinpartiklar, fullständigt till kalciumoxid reagerade kalkstenspartiklar, vilka är bundna till metakaolinpartiklar, fullständigt till kalciumoxid och vidare till kalciumhydroxid reagerade kalkstenspartiklar, vilka är bundna till metakaolinpartiklar, kalkstenspartiklar eller kalkstens-silikatstens-partiklar, vilka på sin yta reagerat till kalciumoxid och vidare till kalciumhydroxid, och vilka är bundna till metakaolin-partiklar, agglomerat, vilka bildats av kalkstenspartiklar, som reagerat fullständigt till kalciumoxid och vidare till kalciumhydroxid, samt metakaolin.
12. Betongprodukt, som innehåller ett eller flera bindemedel, av vilka åtminstone en del utgörs av pozzolant bindemedel, kännetecknad av att 25 - 100 % av det totala bindemedlets torrvikt utgörs av kompositpartiklar i enlighet med något av patentkraven 6-11.
13. Betongprodukt i enlighet med patentkrav 12, kännetecknat av att av det totala bindemedlets torrvikt utgörs 0 - 75 % av Portland-cement.
