Claims (31)
1. Hydroxipropylstärkelseester, vars estergrupp är härledd fr an ättiksyra, propionsyra eller smörsyra eller en blandning därav, varvid hydroxipropylgruppen uppvisar en molär 5 substitution pä högst 1,4 och estergruppen en substitutionsgrad pä minst 1.
2. Hydroxipropylstärkelseesterenligtkrav 1, kännetecknad avatt estergruppens substitutionsgrad uppgär tili minst 2.
3. Hydroxipropylstärkelseester enligt krav 2, kännetecknad avatt hydroxipropyl- gruppens molära substitution uppgär tili 0,1 - 0,8, företrädesvis ca 0,3 - 0,7, och estergruppens substitutionsgrad tili 2,5-3.
4. Hydroxipropylstärkelseester enligt nägot av de foregäende kraven, kännetecknad 15 av att estergruppen är härledd frän bade läng- och kortkedjade alifatiska C2-24-karboxyl- syror.
5. Hydroxipropylstärkelseester enligt krav 4, kännetecknad av att estergruppen är härledd frän naturligt förekommande mättad eller omättad fettsyra. 20

11. Termoplasticerad stärkelsesammansättning, kännetecknad avatt den innehäller en stärkelsekomponent enligt krav 9 eller 10 tillsammans med i polymer- och plast-teknologin i sig kända tillsatsämnen.
12. Sammansättning enligt krav 11, kännetecknad avatt den innehäller 1 - 95, 15 företrädesvis ca 5 - 45 vikt-% biologiskt nedbrytbara fibrer.
13. Sammansättning enligt krav 12, kännetecknad avatt den innehäller fibrer av en mjölksyrabaserad polymer, cellulosamassa, cellulosafibermaterial av spannmäl, spann-mälspentosan, bomullsfibrer, Abaca-hampafibrer, sisalfibrer, ramifibrer, linfibrer, jute- 20 fibrer eller biologiskt nedbrytbara glasfibrer.
