COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, SE APLICA UN RECUBRIMIENTO ELASTOMERICO CONSTITUIDO POR UNA DISPERSION ACUOSA DE UN MATERIAL ELASTOMERICO, TAL COMO POLIURETANO, POLIACRILATO O POLIBUTADIENO, SOBRE EL MATERIAL A TRATAR, COMPRENDIENDO DICHO RECUBRIMIENTO UNAS MICROESFERAS HUECAS PREFORMADAS QUE ESTAN LLENAS DE UN GAS; SEGUNDA, EL RECUBRIMIENTO SE SECA EN UNA ESTUFA O EN UN SECADERO DE TUNEL, A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 20 Y 120 GRADOS, PARA ELIMINAR EL AGUA CONTENIDA EN LA SOLUCION LIQUIDA APLICADA; TERCERA, UNA VEZ SECO EL MATERIAL TRATADO SE INTRODUCE EN UNA PRENSA HIDRAULICA, QUE CONTIENE UNA PLACA GRABADA CON EL DISEÑO QUE SE QUIERE REPRODUCIR; Y POR ULTIMO, SE APLICAN CAPAS FINALES DE POLIMEROS, TALES COMO SOLUCIONES DE NITROCELULOSA PLASTIFICADA Y POLIURETANOS, INCOLOROS O COLOREADOS, QUE PERMITEN CONSEGUIR EL ASPECTO Y PROPIEDADES FINALES DESEADAS, EN CUANTO A COLOR, BRILLO Y TEXTURA. DE APLICACION EN LA FABRICACION DE CALZADO Y EN TAPICERIA.
