COMPRENDE EL TRATAMIENTO DE LAS MUESTRAS ACIDAS, CONSTITUIDAS POR COMPOSICIONES DE ACIDOS SULFONICOS OBTENIDAS POR DIVERSOS METODOS, CON AMONIACO EN PRESENCIA DE AGUA Y UN ALCOHOL OLEFINICO, TAL COMO UN ALCOHOL AMILICO O UN HEXANOL, EN CANTIDAD SUFICIENTE PARA NEUTRALIZAR LOS ACIDOS Y FORMAR SALES AMONICAS; Y SEPARACION DE LA FASE ACUOSA DE LA FASE ORGANICA, QUE CONTIENE LAS SALES AMONICAS DE LOS ACIDOS SULFONICOS. LAS SALES AMONICAS DE LOS ACIDOS SULFONICOS TIENEN APLICACIONES PARA OBTENER SULFONATOS METALICOS QUE SE EMPLEAN EN LUBRICANTES Y COMBUSTIBLES.
