EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE LAS ETAPAS DE AÑADIR AGUA, UN MATERIAL PORTADOR DE CARBONO Y UN AGLUTINANTE A LOS RETENIDOS DE POLVO PARA FORMAR UNA MEZCLA O BIEN ADITIVOS PARA CORREGIR LA QUIMICA DEL MATERIAL, CONFORMAR LA MEZCLA EN NODULOS, SECAR LOS NODULOS, CLASIFICARLOS POR TAMAÑOS Y FORMAR ASI UN MATERIAL DE ALIMENTACION QUE SE TRATA A TEMPERATURAS IGUALES O PROXIMAS A LAS DE PREPARACION DEL CLINQUER DE CEMENTO EN UN REACTOR DE LECHO FLUIDIZADO. EL SISTEMA PUEDE EMPLEARSE PARA LA UTILIZACION DEL POLVO PROCEDENTE DE UNA INSTALACION CONVENCIONAL DE CEMENTO O UN PRODUCTO ADECUADO PARA SU RETORNO A LA INSTALACION CONVENCIONAL DE CLINQUER.
