COMPRENDE: A) HACER REACCIONAR A (A) CON PIRIDONA EN ACETONA ACUOSA A 60JC, PARA OBTENER (B); B) N-DESACILAR A (B), EN CLORURO DE METILENO CON TRIMETILCLOROSILANO, EN PRESENCIA DE DIALQUILAMINA; C) TRATAR AL PRODUCTO DE B) CON CL5P ENTRE C25 Y C10JC, PARA FORMAR EL IMINOCLORURO; D) TRATAR AL IMINOCLORURO CON ALCANODIOL, PARA PRODUCIR IMINOETER; E) DESCOMPONER EL IMINOETER PARA FORMAR EL NUCLEO 3-PIRIDINO-3-CEFEM; Y F) TRATAR AL NUCLEO 3-PIRIDINO-3-CEFEM CON UN DISOLVENTE COMO ACETONITRILO O ACETONA Y OBTENER EL 7-AMINO-3-(1-PIRIDINO-METIL)-3-CEFEM-4-CARBOXILATO COMO DIHIDRATO DE HIDROCLORURO CRISTALINO.
