COMPRENDE SOMETER A POLIMERIZACION INICIADA POR RADICALES LIBRES, UNA MEZCLA MONOMERA, QUE COMPRENDE UN MONOMERO ACRILICO Y DE 5 A 40%, BASADO EN EL PESO TOTAL DE LA MEZCA MONOMERA DE UN ACIDO MONOCARBOXILICO ETILENICAMENTE INSATURADO, O UNA PROPORCION EQUIVALENTE A LA MISMA DE UN ACIDO POLICARBOXILICO ETILENICAMENTE INSATURADO, EN UN MEDIO ACUOSO CONSISTENTE EN UNA MEZCLA CONSTITUIDA POR 30% EN PESO DE AGUA Y NO MAS DE 70% EN PESO DE UN SEGUNDO CONSTITUYENTE MISCIBLE CON AGUA; SIENDO EFECTUADA LA POLIMERIZACION A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 10JC, EN PRESENCIA DE UN COPOLIMERO EN BLOQUE O DE INJERTO QUE CONTIENE EN LA MOLECULA UN COMPONENTE POLIMERICO DE UN TIPO QUE ES SOLVATABLE POR EL MEDIO ACUOSO Y UN COMPONENTE POLIMERICO DE OTRO TIPO QUE NO ES SOLVATABLE POR EL MEDIO ACUOSO, MANTENIENDOSE EN TODO MOMENTO LA CONCENTRACION DE MONOMERO LIBRE EN LA MEZCLA DE POLIMERIZACION A UN NIVEL TAL QUE EL MONOMERO LIBRE NUNCAFORME UNA FASE SEPARADA.
