Abstract

Method for obtaining a bed by bending a precut blank made of a material such as corrugated cardboard. The aim of the invention is to produce a bed which is easy to transport, having the form of a flat blank, easy to assemble and disassemble to transport it from one place to another. A central portion (1) is edged by flaps (17, 18) which are folded back to form the edges and by other flaps (7, 10, 11) which are folded back to form the head and the foot of the bed and which are interlocked in the edges by means of notches.
