PROCEDIMIENTO PARA FABRICAR UN SUSTRATO INDICADOR PARA EFECTUAR UNA PRUEBA DE FERTILIDAD EN HEMBRAS.CONSISTE EN PREPARAR UN SUSTRATO CELULOSICO, TAL COMO UNA TOALLA DE PAPEL, PAPEL DE FILTRO, ALGODON O UN MATERIAL SEMEJANTE, E IMPREGNARLO CON UN PIGMENTO ACTIVO, PREFERENTEMENTE DE ANTOCIANINA, MEDIANTE LA APLICACION A DICHO SUSTRATO CELULOSICO DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE DICHO PIGMENTO DE ANTOCIANINA. LA CONCENTRACION DEL MENCIONADO PIGMENTO DE ANTOCIANINA ESTA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE UN 0,01 MILIGRAMOS POR MILILITRO Y UN MILIGRAMO POR MILILITRO. EL PIGMENTODE ANTOCIANINA SE EXTRAE DE PLANTAS NATURALES, TAL COMO DE LAS HOJAS DE LA LOMBARDA ROJA, DE FLORES ROSAS Y SIMILARES.
