PROCEDIMIENTO EN EL QUE SE EMPLEA UN RECIPIENTE BASCULABLE PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE HIERRO FUNDIDO CON LOS MATERIALES ADECUADOS QUE INDUCEN LA FORMACION DE GRAFITO ESFEROIDAL.COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES OPERACIONES: PRIMERA, EL FORMADOR DE GRAFITO ESFEROIDAL SE INTRODUCE EN UNA CAMARA QUE SE ENCUANTRA EN EL FONDO DEL RECIPIENTE BASCULABLE; SEGUNDA, EL HIERRO FUNDIDO SE INTRODUCE EN EL RECIPIENTE BASCULABLE CON LA CONDICION DE QUE NO HAYA NINGUN CONTACTO ENTRE DICHO HIERRO FUNDIDO Y EL FORMADOR DE GRAFITO ESFEROIDAL, TERCERA, EL HIERRO FUNDIDO SE PONE ENREACCION CON EL FORMADOR DE GRAFITO ESFEROIDAL MEDIANTE RAPIDA BASCULACION DEL RECIPIENTE; CUARTA, EL HIERRO FUNDIDO TRATADO ES DESESCORIADO POR BASCULACION DEL RECIPIENTE A UNA POSICION UN POCO INCLINADA; Y POR ULTIMO, EL HIERRO FUNDIDO DESESCORIADO ES COLADO MEDIANTE GIRO DEL RECIPIENTE.
