PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE FIBRAS HUECAS DE QUITOSANO, UTILIZABLES EN PROCESOS ULTRAFILTRATIVOS Y DIALITICOS. SE REALIZA LA EXTRUSION EN HUMEDO DE SOLUCIONES DE QUITOSANO EN ACIDOS ORGANICOS O INORGANICOS, TALES COMO ACIDO ACETICO O FORMICO EN UNA CONCENTRACION DE 3,5 A 5% EN PESO RESPECTO A LA SOLUCION, UTILIZANDO SOLUCIONES DE ALCALI, TAL COMO UNA SOLUCION DE NAOH 1N, COMO COAGULANTE EXTERNO DE LA FIBRA Y ENVIANDO POR SU INTERIOR UN COAGULANTE GASEOSO, TAL COMO AMONIACO O MEZCLAS DE AMONIACO CON OTROS GASES. LAS FIBRAS SE PLASTIFICAN, OPCIONALMENTE, AÑADIENDO A LA MEZCLA UN 0,5 A 5% EN PESO, RESPECTO AL POLIMERO, DE GLICERINA, OBTENIENDOSE FIBRAS HUECAS CON UN DIAMETRO DE 0,1MM A 1 MM Y UN ESPESOR DE 0,005 MM A 0,025 MM.
