CONSISTE EN CONECTAR TRES PARES DE ELECTRODOS (2A, 2B Y 2C) A TRAVES DE CONDUCCIONES DE CORRIENTE DE ALTA TENSION (3A, 3B Y 3C) CON LAS FASES DE RED (R, S, T) DE LA RED DE CORRIENTE TRIFASICA DEL LADO DE BAJA TENSION DEL TRANSFORMADOR (4) DEL HORNO. LOS PARES DE ELECTRODOS (2A, 2B Y 2C) ESTAN COLOCADOS EN SOPORTES (5A, 5B Y 5C) DE FORMA QUE CADA UNO DE LOS ELECTRODOS TIENE IGUAL DISTANCIA RESPECTO AL CENTRO VERTICAL DEL HORNO. EL PAR DE ELECTRODOS, CONSTA DE LOS ELECTRODOS (6A Y 6B), LOS CUALES ESTAN UNIDOS ENTRE SI MEDIANTE UNA MASA APISONADA DE CARBON (7) AUTOSINTERIZANTE Y CONDUCTORA.
