THE CONNECTION BETWEEN PADDLE AND CUBE (33) IS SUCH THAT THE SWINGING ROTARY MOVEMENT OF THE PADDLE IN RELATION TO THE WIND ADJUSTS THE PASSAGE OF THE PADDLE WITH RESPECT TO THE DIRECTION OF THE WIND.
