DE SUSTRATO-LITRO DE MEDIO NUTRICIO, A TEMPERATURA DE 20-40 C Y PH DE 5-7. EL PRODUCTO SE AISLA POR EXTRACCION CON UN DISOLVENTE POLAR, SE CONCETRA POR EVAPORIZACION Y SE PURIFICA POR CROMATOGRAFIA Y-O CRISTALIZACION.
