SE SOMETE EL CALDO DE CULTIVO, OBTENIDO CULTIVANDO AEROBICAMENTE CEPAS BACTERIANAS DE CORINEBACTERIAS AEROBIAS NO PATOGENAS, A BAJA TEMPERATURA PARA PULVERIZARLE Y HOMOGENEIZARLE; SE SOMETE EL HOMOGENATO A TRATAMIENTO ULTRASONICO, SE AJUSTA EL PUNTO DE ACIDEZ DE UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA DE LOS COMPONENTES EFECTIVOS PARA FORMAR PRECIPITADOS, SE DIALIZAN LOS PRECIPITADOS Y SE LIOFILIZA EL DIALIZADO.
