CONSISTE EN HACER REACCIONAR UN DERIVADO MONOESTER DE OCTAHIDROINDOLQUINOLISINA DE FORMULA GENERAL (II), EN DONDE R ELEVADO A 1 Y R AL CUADRADO TIENEN EL SIGNIFICADO ANTES SEÑALADO CON UN AGENTE NITROSANTE EN UN MEDIO ACIDO.
