PREPARACION DE UNA MEZCLA ACUOSA CONTENIENDO UN TRIGLICERIDO HIDROLIZABLE POR LIPASA A UNA CONCENTRACION COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 100 Y 425 MICROMOLAR, UN AGENTE TENSOACTIVO A UNA CONCENTRACION ENTRE 0,001 Y 0,010 MOLAR Y UNA CANTIDAD DE TAMPON DE PH 7-10. 2. EMULSIONAMIENTO DE LA MEZCLA ACUOSA QUE, UNA VEZ DILUIDA A LA CONCENTRACION, A LA FINAL TENGA UNA ABSORBANCIA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0,5 Y 3,0 A 405 NM. EN UNA CELULA DE 1 CM. CONTRA EL BLANCO DE AGUA. 3.
