EMULSIONAMIENTO DE LA MEZCLA ACUOSA QUE, UNA VEZ DILUIDA A LA CONCENTRACION, A LA FINAL TENGA UNA ABSORBANCIA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 0,5 Y 3,0 A 405 NM. EN UNA CELULA DE 1 CM. CONTRA EL BLANCO DE AGUA. 3.
