Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA OBTENCION DE UN EXTRACTO DE LAS FRACCIONES POLARES DE LOS HELECHOS DE LA FAMILIA POLYPODIACEAE. CONSISTE EN EXTRAER EL JUGO, MEDIANTE LA UTILIZACION DE UN DISOLVENTE POLAR, DE UN MATERIAL FORMADO POR LAS HOJAS Y RIZOMAS DE HELECHOS, PARTE EN ESTADO SECO Y PARTE EN ESTADO FRESCO, DESMENUZADAS POR MOLIENDA Y DE LA TORNA HUMEDA RESULTANTE DEL PRENSADO EN ESTADO FRESCO DE LAS HOJAS Y RIZOMAS DE HELECHOS. EL JUGO EXTRAIDO SE MEZCLA CON UN DISOLVENTE NO POLAR, SOMETIENDO LA MEZCLA RESULTANTE A UN PROCESO DE EVAPORACION HASTA LLEGAR A UN 10 POR 100 DEL VOLUMEN ORIGINAL. POSTERIORMENTE EL LIQUIDO CONCENTRADO RESULTANTE DEL PROCESO DE EVAPORACION SE SOMETE A UN PROCESO DE PURIFICACION, TERMINANDO CON LA LIOFILIZACION DEL LIQUIDO CONCENTRADO PARA OBTENER UN POLVO BLANCO, CRISTALINO, DE USO EN LA PREPARACION DE MEDICAMENTOS.
