PROCEDIMIENTO DE FABRICACION DE UNA BANDA DE ALEACION DE ALUMINIO. CONSISTE EN PREPARAR UNA COLADA DE ALEACION DE ALUMINIO QUE CONTENGA MAGNESIO, MANGANESO, HIERRO, SILICIO, COBRE, TITANIO, CROMO, CINZ Y ALUMINIO. LA COLADA ES VERTIDA A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 700 A 750GC PARA FORMAR UN LINGOTE QUE ES HOMOGENEIZADO DURANTE 4 A 6 HORAS A 550-600GC, LAMINANDOSE DICHO LINGOTE EN CALIENTE PARA FORMAR UNA BANDA QUE ES LAMINADA EN FRIO CON UNA REDUCCION DEL GROSOR DE AL MENOS 40 POR 100 HASTA UN GROSOR FINAL. LA LAMINACION EN CALIENTE DEL LINGOTE SE EFECTUA EN VARIAS PASADAS: PRIMERO EN UNA PLANCHA, Y DESPUES EN FORMA CONTINUA HASTA OBTENER UNA BANDA CON UNA REDUCCION DE ESPESOR DE 70 A 96 POR 100.
