Abstract

Método para producir fichas de acabado mecánico para eliminar rebabas de piezas metálicas o de plástico, caracterizado porque consiste en las etapas de preparar una mezcla moldeable de granos abrasivos en partículas y una base solidificable , depositar la mezcla en las cavidades de un molde flexible cilíndrico en un sentido general que tiene una multiplicidad de cavidades en la superficie interior del mismo de acuerdo con la configuración deseada de las fichas de acabado a ser producidas, girar dicho molde cilíndrico durante la solidificación de dicha mezcla y la producción de fichas de acabado sólidas dentro de dichas cavidades, y expulsar dichas fichas de acabado solidificadas de dicho molde dando vuelta dicho molde hacia afuera, con lo cual dichas fichas de acabado solidificadas se expulsan de dichas cavidades.
