Abstract

Perfeccionamientos introducidos en los quemadores con recuperador para hornos industriales; con tubo central de combustible que conduce el combustible gassiforme al interior de una cámara de combustión y que está rodeada concéntricamente por un tubo de alimentación de aire de combustión cuya superficie lateral exterior puede ser sometida, dentro de la zona del recuperador, a la acción de los gases de escape que están siendo conducidos mediante un tubo envolvente exterior en contra-corriente, y dentro del cual se encuentra dispuesta una primera pared de separación tubular que hace que la corriente del aire de combustión, en su camino hacia la cámara de la combustión, sea guiada en primer lugar a lo largo del tubo central de combustible, hasta la zona extrema del mismo, situada por el lado de salida, con el fin de luego invertir la corriente de aire de combustión en dirección contraria; caracterizados porque la primera pared de separación tubular está cercada concéntricamente por una segundapared de separación tubular que por el extremo del lado de la salida constituye junto con la pared exterior del tubo de combustible un cierre hermético y hace que la corriente del aire de combustión sea retornada hacia el extremo de salida a través del recuperador y a través del canal anular que está formado con la pared del tubo de alimentación para el aire de combustión.
