Abstract

1. Método para formar un revestimiento sobre un substrato que consiste en: formar una pulverización con plasma, introducir una mezcla de carburo de silicio y silicio finamente divididos en dicha pulverización con plasma, y dirigir dicha pulverización con plasma hacia una superficie descubierta del substrato con lo cual dicha superficie descubierta se reviste de una capa que consiste esencialmente en carburo de silicio beta y silicio.
