Abstract
Un método de preparación de nuevos derivados de tioxanteno y xanteno de la Fórmula: **(Fórmula-01)** en donde X es un átomo de halógeno, un grupo alcohilo de uno a cuatro átomos de carbono inclusive, un grupo alcohiloxide uno a cuatro átomos de carbono inclusive, un grupo metiltio, un grupo metilsulfanilo, un grupo dimetilsulfamoilo, un grupo trifuorometilo o un grupo acetilo; Y es hidrógeno, fluór o un grupo metilo; Z es oxígeno o azufre; n es un número entero de cero a tres inclusive, y R es un grupo cicloalcohilo de cuatro a seis átomos de carbono inclusive en el anillo substituido con uno a cuatro substituyentes seleccionados entre grupos hidroxi o hidroximetilo, esterificados facultativamente, grupos metilo, grupos amino, grupos acetamino, grupos mesilamino o grupos oxo, un anillo heterocíclico saturado de cinco o seis miembros que tiene uno o dos heteroátomos seleccionados entre átomos de oxígeno y nitrógeno y estando substituido facultativamente con un grupo hidroxi esterificado facultativamente o un grupo oxo, siendo cualquier grupo hidroxi esterificado presente un éster de un ácido carboxilico alifático que tiene de diez a veintidós átomos de carbono inclusive, así como también sus sales de adición de ácido, no tóxicas, farmacéuticamente aceptables, método que comprende hacer reaccionar un compuesto de la fórmula siguiente: **(Fórmula-02)** en donde X, Y y Z son como se ha definido anteriormente, con un éster reactivo de un compuesto de fórmula **(Formula-03)** en donde n y R son como se han definido anteriormente y cualquier grupo hidroxi o amino presente está protegido mediante esterificación, después de lo cual el compuesto de Fórmula I obtenido se aísla, y los grupos hidroxi presentes se esterifican facultativamente con un derivado reactivo de un ácido carboxílico alifático que tiene de diez a veintidós átomos de carbono inclusive, y, si se desea, acetilar o mesilar los grupos anino presentes de modo conocido, como la base libre o una de sus sales de adición de ácido no tóxicas.
