Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtención de dispersiones acuosas de copolimerizado de butidieno que contienen, como mínimo, un 58% en peso de polimerizado, referido a la dispersión mediante polimerización en emulsión de (a) un 20 hasta 80% en peso de butadieno, (b) un 80 hasta un 20% en peso de estireno, © un 0 hasta 30% en peso de alquilacrilato, y/o metacrilato con 4 hasta 8 átomos de carbono y/o acrilonitrilo , y (d) 0 hasta 5% en peso de monómeros monoelefínicamente insaturados conteniendo grupos hidrófilos, empleándose como emulsificantes sales alcalinas de ácidos carboxílicos conteniendo 10 hasta 30 átomos de carbono y que presentan, como máximo , un enlace doble olefínico, según el procedimiento de alimentación de monómeros, a las temperaturas de polimerización acostumbradas, caracterizado porque se introduce en el reactor primero un 80% en peso, como mínimo, de la fase acuosa, en la cual está disuelta una cantidad suficiente de sales alcalinas de reacción alcalina, que son apropiadas para neutralizar los ácidos carboxílicos, se agrega gradualmente de manera convencional los monómeros en los cuales está disuelto un 0,5 hasta 2% en peso de los ácidos carboxílicos, referido a los monómeros, y se agrega a la mezcla de reacción, cuando la conversión de monómeros ha llegado a un 40 hasta 80% , otros 0,5 hasta 5% en peso, referido a los mnómeros de los ácidos carboxílicos.
